branobag del 7-9-2014: Consoler of the Lonely/Consolatore dei solitari

The Raconteurs – Consoler ofthe Lonely (il testo sta sotto)

This is a corrected tab from multiple other version based on the live performance
by The Raconteurs to get the solo octave right as well as good lead guitar for all sections.

I recommend something close to these basic amp and guitar settings:
Gain: 10
Volume: whatever
Overdrive on
Treble: 9
Mid: 6
Bass: 4
Reverb: 8

W l’estate!

guardami negli occhi non parlare | look into my eyes, don’t speak

lasciati guidare non ti devi vergonare |let me lead you, don’t be shy

piano, senza fretta | slowly, no hassle

tenta la fortuna che ti aspetta | try your fortune, it’s waiting for you

no, se lo vuoi puoi diventare come noi | no, if you want you can become like us

che non siamo uomini che non siamo macchine | we are not men, nor machines

siamo solo numeri numeri | we are just numbers

tutto giĂ  frullato, caramellato | everything’s in a shake, like a candy

tutto disponibile, pronto sul mercato | everything is availabl, ready on the market

I say no, but then I take another little chunk

pace, nazioni unite, quello che ci vuole è un po’ di dinamite | peace, United Nations, what we need is a little dynamite

la parola magica fuori da ogni logica | the magic word, outside any logic

sensazione unica, unica | a unique sensation

abracadabara crollano i palazzi | hocus pocus, and the buildings go down

si aprono i cancelli siamo tutti belli | the gates spring open, we are all beautiful

abracadabra bruciano le banche | hocus pocus and the banks burn

volan gli elefanti tutto qui davanti | the elefants fly, all in front of us

a petrolio non ce n’è | the oil is over

non parla la tivĂą telefono pupĂą | the TV is silence, and the phone is kaputt

abracadabra usciamo dalle tane | hocus pocus, let’s get out of our dens

prendiamo coraggio, diamo il vantaggio | let’s be brave and give and advantage

abracadabra ecco si siamo | hocus pocus, here we go

abracadabra lo giuro ti amo | hocus pocus, I swear I love you

ecspobag del 24-6-2015: jungle drum/tamburo nella giungla

Emiliana Canta Spesso Pezzi Ostrogoti

Elefanti, Coccodrilli, Serpenti, Pinguini, Orango-tango

Well I’m standing here freezing | Be’, son qua che me ne sto a gelare
Inside your golden garden | nel tuo giardino dorato
Got my ladder leaned up against your wall | ci ho la scala appoggiata al muro
Tonight’s the night we planned to run away together | stanotte è la notte che si diceva di scappare insieme
Come on dolly may there’s no time to stall | Dai, bimba, non c’è tempo per cincischiare
But now you’re telling me that a | ma ora me stai a ddi’ che

I think we better wait ‘till tomorrow | forse è meglio aspettare domani
What you say | che dici?
I think we better wait ‘till tomorrow
Ain’t gonna wait that long | non so se aspetterò così tanto
I think we better wait ‘till tomorrow

Got to make sure it’s right | …ma bisogna che sia sicuro che di aver ragione
So until tomorrow goodnight | allora, a domani, e buonanotte
Oh what a drag | povero me!

Oh dolly may, how can you hang we out this way | O bimba, com’è che siamo qua a perdere tempo
On the phone you said you wanted to run off with me today | per telefono mi dicevi che volevi venire via con me oggi
Now I’m standing here like some | ora sono qui, in piedi come
Hearing strange words stutter from the mixed-up mind of you | mentre ti ascolto balbettare strane parole che vengono dalla tua mente confusa
And you keep telling me that ah | e mi continui a dire…
I think we better wait till tomorrow,
What ya say
I think we better wait till tomorrow
I ain’t gonna wait that long
I think we better wait till tomorrow

Got to make sure it’s right
So until tomorrow goodnight
See if I can talk to this girl a little bit | ma vediamo se riesco un po’ a parlare co’ ‘sta ragazza

Hey Dolly may girl you must be insane | Ehi, giovane, mi sa che sei pazza
So unsure of yourself | così insicura di te stessa
Leaning from your unsure window pane | a sporgerti da quel davanzale che pare un po’ pericolante
Do I see a silhouette of somebody pointing | mi pare di vedere la sagoma di qualcuno che punta
Something from a tree | qualcosa da dietro un albero
Click bang | clic – bang
Oh what a hang your daddy just shot poor me | o che palle, il tu’ babbo mi ha appena sparato
And I hear you say as I fade away | e ti sento dire, mentre me sto perdendo conoscenza

We don’t have to wait till tomorrow | non dobbiamo aspettare fino a domani
Well I guess we don’t have till tomorrow | ma mi sa che fino a domani non ce l’abbiamo
We don’t have to wait till tomorrow
That sure is a drag on my part baby | e questo è veramente un peccato, per me, bimba
We don’t have to wait till tomorrow

It must not have been right | mi sa che non andava bene
So forever goodnight | allora, per sempre, buonanotte

We don’t have to wait till tomorrow
We don’t have to wait
We don’t have to wait till tomorrow
We don’t have to wait
We don’t have to wait till tomorrow
I won’t be around tomorrow | io domani non ci sarò!
We don’t have to wait till tomorrow
We don’t have to wait

So here I am baby
Yeah
Hey man what’s gone on

Edicolanti Cecinesi Sorseggiano Pinot Occidentale
