Wolfgang’s Salt

Made with a number of plants and herbs grown by Wolfgang in his garden in Tatti (Southern Tuscany), with Dioscorea Batatas as the paramount ingredient. The photos show the chopped herbs, before being blended for the final mix which Wolfgang and his friends use to spice up their salads and other dishes.
