Persone con visioni simili, ma senza visoni, possono aspirare a obiettivi simili, con metodi abbastanza simili, eppure essere a una certa distanza.

E’ questo un problema? Dire “dipende” sarebbe facile e qualunquista. Dico che è un problema se non si accetta che delle distanze, dei “dislivelli” possono esistere, e che possono essere ridotti.
